Grief can come in many forms and isn't exclusively experienced following a death. We might grieve following a relationship breakdown, loss of a job, breakdown of mental health or financial security.

Having worked with many client's experiencing grief and loss I have learnt that no two bereavement journey's look the same. However there are expected ways of grieving and there are behaviours or thinking patterns that might indicate a person needs a little extra support and that's where I can meet you.  We can work collaboratively to identify which aspects of a loss are uniquely impacting you to discover what you'd like to change or understand to help find comfort and healing.
